What motivated you to join this year's 3 Shots Film Fest?

My current financial struggles as a student inspired me to join this year's film fest. I want to show the people how difficult it is to survive in a time where all commodities are rapidly increasing. I always imagine how difficult it must be for others who are not getting paid enough for their jobs.

Tell us what inspired you to create this film?

The rapid increase of goods inspired me and my DOP, Elian, to make this film while tackling these things subtly. Then, I also want to show the reality versus the fantasy of those people from the lower working class, thus showing they can dream, but many factors hinder their dreams.

Share the challenges you have encountered and the learnings you discovered given the limitations.

The most challenging part of making this film is that we are limited to telling our stories using only three shots. I believe another challenge we faced was whether we would use dialogue or not. Later on, we realized it is better not to use dialogue so that we could deliver the story more simply.
