What motivated you to join this year's 3 Shots Film Fest?
Every film festival is an opportunity for every young filmmaker who wants to tell a story. After I found myself amazed by the stories of last year's finalists on how they made their films, I've decided to join this year's 3SF to experience, and accept the challenge of using only 3S in storytelling.
Tell us what inspired you to create this film?
Catherine Jones wrote in her book "The Way of Story: The Craft and Soul of Writing" to always find the vision of your story from within. This story is a memory of mine back when I was still an active member of the church and fell in love with my church mate. It's a part of my life I want to share.
Share the challenges you have encountered and the learnings you discovered given the limitations.
We encountered few challenges in creating this film. It was hard for us to choose the right shot for every scene because the shot is limited and we need to make sure that the shot we chose is the right shot to help us tell the story. We learned that no matter what the challenge you may encounter, if you truly love what you do, it will open its secrets to you. Your story will guide you to the end.
